Dean is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor based on Vancouver Island. He is passionate about teaching scuba diving and fostering ocean stewardship. With each dive, he opens up a new world to divers, inspiring a deeper connection with and respect for the ocean environment.
With over 25 years of diving experience and a 30-year military background, Dean is committed to providing professional, reliable, and eco-conscious scuba instruction. His goal is to share his love of diving while empowering others to take positive action in preserving the health of our oceans for generations to come.
